HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We hope that everyone enjoys a happy and healthy 2010.

The marina is closed for the winter, but we are always planning ahead! The big news is that we have all the permits (we believe) we need to start our dredging project, but because of the time constraints we will have to put it off until November. How many years have we been working on this? TOO MANY!

All the slip and land contracts have been sent. Slip deposits were due 12/31/09, balances are due by 3/1/10. Land payments are due by 4/15/10. Trailer storage payments are due the day you leave your trailer if they have not already been paid for in advance.

We have been working on our 2010 waiting list, but realize that we will not have room at the marina for everyone on it. If you are on that waiting list and don’t get a call or contract in the next few weeks, we will transfer your name to our 2011 list.

Please let us know if you are no longer interested and we will take your name off the list.
